First Food Education & Support

Breastfeeding is a journey, and every journey needs a plan that can adapt as things change. Your First Food Education & Support Plan evolves alongside your physical recovery, emotional needs, and everyday family life.

Every visit is completely individualized around your goals and your baby's needs. You don't have to know exactly what kind of support you need before scheduling; together, we will identify what matters most and build a clear path forward.

Self-Pay First Food Support Plans

Cancellation Policy - Full reimbursement will be given if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

In-Home Prenatal Consult | 75 Minutes

Prepare for your breastfeeding journey with personalized education and support before baby arrives. We’ll discuss your feeding goals, health and breastfeeding history, how milk production works, latch and positioning, common breastfeeding concerns, pumping, and what to expect during the early postpartum period.

Initial Postpartum Home Visit | 90 Minutes

A comprehensive breastfeeding and lactation visit for you and your baby. Your consultation may include a maternal and infant assessment, infant weight check, feeding observation, latch and positioning support, milk supply evaluation, pumping guidance, nipple or breast concerns, and other feeding challenges.

Breastfeeding Class | 60 Minutes

A comprehensive session designed to give you and your support person confidence from day one.

In-Home Postpartum Follow-Up | 75 Minutes

Continued lactation support following your initial visit. We’ll review your progress, reassess breastfeeding or pumping concerns, observe feeding as needed, and make adjustments to your care plan.

Care should feel accessible. Flexible payment options are available for select support packages, allowing you to split the cost into manageable weekly or monthly payments. Choose the care you need with a payment schedule that fits your family.

Continuous care through early stages. Receive 3 months of guidance as you navigate changing feeding needs, latch issues, milk supply, pumping, and transitions along the way.

Ongoing care as your baby’s needs change. Receive 6 weeks of continuous guidance for latching, milk supply, pumping, bottle feeding, growth changes, return-to-work plans, and care adjustments.
